How to measure

Hi!
Please use the following forms to correctly measure your body. It is very important to take the measurements correctly! Better use the helper.
There are no half circles on the form. Chest, hips, waist, neck, horizontal measurements of hands and feet - circumferences!
It is best to print out forms and mark them.
